Eagle Arts is pleased to present the 2^nd Annual ARTwalk Festival. We will be closing Broadway between 2^ndand 3^rd Streets, enabling us to provide better social distancing protocols in setting up booths featuring local artisans, food trucks, and musicians. Sponsorships help provide opportunities for Art & Economic Vitality in Eagle. EagleARTS is a Eagle County based 501-(c)3 nonprofit organization (Tax ID #83-4551588) that seeks to enhance the quality of life in Eagle, CO through the development of Arts & Culture. We appreciate your support!!

Game Station Sponsorship - $100
3 sponsorships available…take one or take them all…

Lifesize Jenga, checkers, and/or cornhole games set up in the middle of Broadway between 2nd and 3rd. You sponsorship will help pay for the setup of the games and the sanitation supplies needed to help keep our guests safe. For your sponsorship we will post a sign with your logo or business name at the station. We will also post about your sponsorship through our social media channels one time and include your logo on our promotional poster (if committed by June 30)

Children’s Activity Tent - $250

Sponsorship of the children’s activity tent set up with crafts on Broadway just north of 2nd Street. Your sponsorship will pay for supplies and you may hang a banner on the outside of the back wall facing Broadway and/or inside the tent. We will also promote your sponsorship through our social media channels two times and include your logo on our promotional poster (if committed by June 30)

Musician/Band Sponsorship - $500

A spot for musicians will be set up on Broadway and 2nd Street. Your sponsorship will pay for a live music act to entertain festival patrons. Benefits include your business name or logo on a sandwich board sign in the staging area and the ability for one of your company representatives to introduce the musician/band. We will also promote your sponsorship through our social media channels three times and include your logo on our promotional poster (if committed by June 30)

Presenting Sponsor - $1,000

We will promote your sponsorship through our social media channels five times and feature your business logo prominently as a Presenting Sponsor on our promotional poster and ensure your business is mentioned in/on any promotional materials (i.e., earned media, radio, etc.) Benefits may vary based on date of commitment.
