Terms & Conditions

ARTwalk EAGLE Festival

All Artists & vendors will agree to the scheduling, safety terms, and have the proper tax/licensing as required by the State of Colorado.

  • All applications are subject to jury processing. 
  • All booths must be set up and dismantled within the load in and load out times set, unless special arrangements have been appoved prior to event.  
  • All tents MUST have 40lb weights on each leg. (no water filled containers for weights)
  • All applicants must provide their own tent/tables/displays. (a few rentals may be available upon request)
  • Food vendors must have proper certification with Eagle County

COVID-19 Compliance

  • All vendors and artists are required to wear face masks for the duruation of the festival
  • Surfaces must be sanitized regularly after guest interactions
  • Vendors and artists must make resonable efforts to maintain social distancing recommendations
